1. The Service

Beige Media will design, build, and host a custom hand-coded five page website for your business. There is no upfront design or development fee. You pay only the monthly service fee described in Section 3.

The service includes:

• Local keyword research. Keyword research for your city and service area. Each of the five pages is built and tailored around the keywords most prominent in your local market.
• Technical SEO. LocalBusiness, Service, and FAQ structured data (schema), an XML sitemap, SSL, and fine tuning for fast loading on both mobile and desktop devices.
• Analytics setup. Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 configured for your site.
• Lead capture and management. Contact and booking inquiry forms that deliver submissions directly to your email address and to your client portal, where you can view and manage your leads.
• Hosting. Hosting and SSL are included for as long as the monthly fee is active.

2. Timeline

Your website will be delivered within 14 days of the Project Start Date, provided all onboarding materials have been received. The delivery timeline does not begin until all onboarding materials are in.

3. Payment

Website design and build fee: $0. Monthly service fee: $100 per month, covering hosting, SSL, SEO maintenance, and the client portal.

A $100 payment is due at signup. It secures your spot in the build queue and covers your first month of service once the website is live. Recurring monthly billing begins one month after the date the website is published live.

The fee is billed automatically each month to the payment method on file. If a payment fails and is not resolved within ten (10) days of notice, we may suspend the website and client portal until the account is brought current.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Submit all required onboarding materials and requested project information by the agreed Project Start Date.
• Information submitted on the onboarding form must be finalized by the Project Start Date. Content changes requested after the Project Start Date and before launch are billed at an hourly rate of $100.
• Provide accurate business information, including business name, service area, contact details, pricing, and services offered. Beige Media is not responsible for inaccuracies in content you provide.

5. Revisions

This service does not include revision rounds. The website is built from your onboarding materials and the direction agreed upon during the kickoff call, and is delivered as designed.

We will correct any factual errors of our own making (for example, a misspelled business name, an incorrect phone number, or a broken link) at no charge. All other post-launch design changes, copy rewrites, added pages, or layout changes are outside the scope of the service and are available at $100 per hour or by separate agreement.

6. Term and Cancellation

The service runs month to month. You may cancel at any time by written notice, with no cancellation fee. Service continues through the end of the current paid billing period, after which the website is taken offline and portal access ends.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your domain name is and remains your property at all times, regardless of cancellation.

Beige Media retains ownership of the website code and design, and retains the right to use the project for portfolio, case study, and promotional purposes.

Beige Media's hosting infrastructure, form processing, lead management, and CRM systems are and remain the exclusive property of Beige Media LLC in all cases. They are provided as part of the active service and are never transferred or delivered.

8. Source Code Release After 24 Payments

Once you have made 24 monthly payments, you may request a copy of your website's front end source code, meaning the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and image files that make up the website. We will deliver these files within 14 days of the request, with contact form endpoints reconfigured to a neutral placeholder, since form processing is part of Beige Media's proprietary systems.

This delivery does not include Beige Media's hosting infrastructure, form processing, lead management, or CRM systems. The source code is provided as a copy under a perpetual, non-exclusive license for use in connection with your own business; it may not be resold or redistributed. Beige Media retains ownership of the underlying design, code patterns, and templates and may continue to use them in other projects.

Delivery of the source code does not end the monthly service. Hosting and SEO maintenance continue unless and until cancelled.

9. SEO Disclaimer

This service includes local keyword research, on-page optimization, and ongoing technical SEO maintenance as described in Section 1. Beige Media does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, placement, or traffic. Search rankings depend on factors outside any provider's control, including competition, Google algorithm changes, and your reviews and business profile activity.

Content marketing, link building, and Google Business Profile management are not included unless agreed upon separately.

10. Text Message (SMS) Notifications

Beige Media LLC operates a text message notification program for clients of our website and lead management service. The program sends you a text alert when a potential customer submits the contact form on the website we host for you. Each alert includes the name and contact information the prospect entered, plus a short excerpt of their inquiry. These are transactional service messages. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

How you opt in. Participation is optional. You opt in by entering the mobile number where you want lead alerts sent on our onboarding form at https://sub.beigedesigns.com/static/onboarding and checking the box giving express written consent to receive those texts. Opting in is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us. If you leave the box unchecked, we deliver your leads by email and in your client portal instead, and you receive no text messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with the lead volume on your website. Most clients receive a few messages per week.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop all further text messages. You may also email us and ask that text notifications be turned off on your account. After you opt out we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on carrier networks outside our control.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our full Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Texas.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes will not reduce the rights you have already earned under Section 8.
